How to report a bug

  1. Open the App and reproduce the issue.
  2. Take screenshots or a short screen recording (if possible).
  3. Email us with: device model, iOS version, App version, description and steps to reproduce, and attach screenshots.

App Review instructions

The App requests a PIN at first launch. For review purposes, please enter 1234 twice (first entry + confirmation) to set the PIN and continue. After that you will have access to the App.

Response time

We usually reply within 48 hours. For urgent issues, include "URGENT" in the subject line.

  3. Напишіть нам: модель пристрою, версія iOS, версія додатку, опис і кроки відтворення, прикладіть скріни.

Інструкція для перевірки App Review

Додаток запитує PIN при першому запуску. Для перевірки введіть 1234 двічі (перший ввід + підтвердження), щоб встановити PIN і продовжити роботу.

Час відповіді

Зазвичай відповідаємо протягом 48 годин. Для термінових випадків вкажіть "URGENT" у темі листа.
